Brooklyn Bel Air Sour is full of surprises. Our sour ale starts up with bright notes of tropical fruit yet finishes crisp and gently tart. It's a trip that's laid back, breezy, and completely refreshing. 5.8% ABV
The aromatic qualities of the beer are enhanced by “dry-hopping”, the centuries-old practice of steeping the beer with fresh hops as it undergoes a long, cold maturation. The result is a wonderfully flavorful beer, smooth, refreshing and very versatile with food. Dry-hopping is largely a British technique, which we’ve used in a Viennese-style beer to create an American original. 5.2% ABV
Defend Beer with Brooklyn Defender IPA, our heroically hopped golden IPA featuring strong notes of tropical fruit, well-muscled hop bitterness, and an incredibly dry finish. Cape not required. #DefendBeer. 5.9% ABV
NON_ALCOHOLIC Brooklyn Special Effects tastes just like a regular beer, but therein lies the special effect: it’s not. We use a special fermentation method that develops the flavors, aromas & character of beer with none of the alcohol, and a generous dry hopping resulting in lively hop notes and a clean finish.
A well made Spritz cocktail captures the spirit of living for lighthearted pleasure and joyful indulgences. Ours brings this to you in a handy can, ready to drink right away or poured over ice to marvel at its ruby-orange glow. Equal parts fizzy and fun, it’s a bubbly reminder to stop and smell the roses. When you’re in need of a simple delight, let Spritz be your happy drink. 4.5% ABV
