PERRY CIDER
First released in 1996, this is the first Perry cider made in California. It became very popular very quickly, as it is so refreshing. It is made from apple and pear juices. We use champagne yeast in all our ciders and ferment for 10-14 days. We then cold-filter 4 times and carbonate them before putting into bottles or kegs. The ingredients are all natural juices. It is 5% alcohol by volume with a lovely pear nose and a smooth semi-sweet mouth feel with a dry finish. 5.0% ABV
PINEAPPLE CIDER
Inspired by the House Family’s annual visit to the beautiful Hawaiian Islands our Pineapple cider is an ideal drink for tropical hot and humid climates. Our signature drink the Hawaii 5-0 is a mix of Ace Pineapple cider, coconut rum, ice and a garnish of fresh pineapple. This original cider is perfect for a backyard BBQ, or Bacon dishes. 5.0% ABV
GUAVA CIDER
Fresh Pink Guava juice blended with our semi-dry apple cider. Fruit forward with semi-dry undertones. Enjoy this taste of Brazil! Unfiltered, very refreshing! 5.0% ABV
SPACE CIDER
This unfiltered addition of ACE is to honor the owner, Jeffrey House’s wife who played Brea Tonnika in the cantina scene in the original Star Wars. Her picture is featured on the bottleneck. This limited edition cider comes in a clear bottle so you can see the vivid orange hue. ACE Space Bloody Orange is out of this world!

JOKER CIDER
JOKER is our driest cider, made from 100% apple juice; it has champagne characteristics, yeasty with an alcohol of 6.9%. It won the 2013, San Diego Cider and Beer Festival and took a Gold Ribbon as the “Best Cider” in the competition. JOKER is popular with beer and wine drinkers and makes a great base for Jomosas, fresh OJ on JOKER over ice or Snakebites, lager and JOKER or Black Satins, stout and JOKER. 6.9% ABV
MANGO
A blend of fresh Mango Juices and a tart, Semi-Dry Apple Cider. The best tasting Mangoes are grown near the equator in hot and humid climates, so we went straight to the source: Ecuador!
HIGH
An imperial cider made for royalty with a 8.4% ABV, say "HIGH" to the rare bittersweet apples that give this cider its complexity. GF and vegan, no sugar added.
